Refund Policy

Tutoring sessions and packages. Tutoring sessions are non-refundable once delivered. Unused sessions in a multi-session package are refundable on a pro-rata basis within 30 days of purchase, less any sessions already completed and a 10% administrative fee. To request a refund for unused sessions, contact us at the email below.

Cancellations and reschedules. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice are not charged. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are charged at the full rate.

Free intro calls. Free 20-minute intro calls are not charged and have no refund consideration.

Digital products. Due to the nature of digital products (practice tests, study guides), all sales are final once downloaded. If a download is defective or never delivered, contact us within 7 days for a full refund.

How to request a refund. Email taekwon121314@gmail.com with the order number and the reason for the request. We respond within 2 business days.
