Palo Alto Mentor is a 100% online tutoring service. Our primary offerings — tutoring sessions, packages, and digital study materials — do not require physical shipping.

Tutoring sessions

All sessions are delivered online via Zoom or a comparable video conferencing tool. After purchase, you'll receive scheduling information by email.

Digital products

Practice tests, study guides, and other digital downloads are delivered instantly via email after purchase. If you don't receive your download within 30 minutes, check your spam folder and then contact taekwon121314@gmail.com.

Physical products

We currently do not ship physical products. If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated.
